As a coach, my number one goal is to help you unlock your full potential and achieve your greatest body and mindset without spending hours doing cardio or stop eating foods that you love.

Instead, I will help you understand the power of consistency. I will work with you on all aspects of nutrition, exercise and mindset to help you get clarity on how your body works, transforms and sustains that positive change!

My coaching isn't a quick fix, so I can't promise you a four-week transformation. I work with a limited number of clients ready to work hard and commit to a long-term game to achieve everlasting lifestyle and mindset transformation! These take time, effort, and determination that I am sure you have to create new habits and routines that will make up your new healthy version!

MICHALINA
RADECKA.

I am a qualified Level 2 and 3 personal trainer and an online fitness coach with a higher degree in BCs Hons Applied Medical Sciences. Fitness has always been my passion, and I have noticed how exercise and developing healthy habits can help achieve long-term academic and personal success. Daily endorphin release has helped me and many others transform their physique alongside academic and personal life. So now I strive to help others manage stress and become a more disciplined, confident, self-aware and creative version of themselves through the power of exercise and healthy habits.

Combining my Medical Science degree with PT qualification has helped me nail human physiology and adapt a science-based holistic approach in my professional practice. I believe that the body and the mind are interdependent, and if one part is not working correctly, all the other parts will be affected. Therefore, my coaching offers comprehensive help in different aspects from exercise and nutrition to mental support and education addressing all aspects of a person's life in their journey to create their new healthy and happy self!
